1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RSVP Hub (“Service”) at www.rsvphub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users, including event hosts and guests visiting event pages.

 

2. Description of Service

RSVP Hub provides a digital platform that allows users to:

  • Create beautiful, personalized event websites for weddings, birthdays, debuts, baptisms, anniversaries, and all celebrations
  • Add event details, schedules, photo galleries, countdown timers, and venue maps
  • Collect RSVP responses from guests through an online form
  • Share gift registries and wishlists
  • Share event invitation links via WhatsApp, email, and social media

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

 

3. User Accounts

To create and manage event pages, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. RSVP Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on RSVP Hub, including event details, photos, and text (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant RSVP Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

  • Does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights
  • Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful material
  • Does not include the personal data of others without their consent
  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

 

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RSVP Hub to:

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that may harm our systems or users
  • Harvest or collect email addresses or personal data of other users without consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or any fraudulent activity
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

     

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the RSVP Hub platform — including the name, logo, website design, templates, code, and features — are the exclusive property of RSVP Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written permission.

 

7. Guest Access & RSVP Data

When you share your event page link with guests, those guests will be able to view your event details and submit RSVP responses. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to share the personal data of guests (such as names and contact details) on our platform
  • Informing your guests that their RSVP response data will be collected and visible to you as the event host
  • Using the RSVP data only for the purpose of managing your event

     

8. Payment & Subscription (if applicable)

Certain features of RSVP Hub may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Allow charges at the agreed billing cycle

All fees are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@rsvphub.com within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RSVP Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSVP Hub and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSVP Hub and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

 

12. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrations (e.g., Google Maps, WhatsApp). These are provided for your convenience only. RSVP Hub does not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content, products, or services. Use them at your own risk.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cavite, Philippines, or through good-faith mediation where possible.

 

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to RSVP Hub or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at thersvphub@gmail.com. Upon termination, your event pages and associated data may be deleted.

 

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RSVP Hub regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
